TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet (web or email). By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of www.PetTags4Less.com. All prices are quoted in United States (USD, $). www.PetTags4Less.com reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and include postage and handling. There is tax on sales for California residents.

SHIPPING
We can send your order anywhere within United States and Canada only. Sorry, no other international buyer at this time. All our items are envelope or small box packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by USPS 1st Class Mail™ unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 2 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area. But US buyer that place order on Monday-Thursday can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) with a very reasonable price. You can't use USPS Priority if you place order on Friday-Sunday. All shipment with status "delivered" from USPS can not be refunded or resend.

We normally ship our products within 1-3 business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Even though this is a rare occasion, the delay in transit time can happen. We are not in control for the shipping transit time. If you choice USPS 1st Class Mail with tracking# or USPS Priority, and don't receive the order in 15 business days since purchased, please contact us. If you choice USPS without Tracking#, we serve resend complaint after 30 days since purchased because we wait the return order from USPS. We don't serve any complaint that come over 45 days since purchased.

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 8.00 AM - 17.00 PM and Friday 8.00 AM-11.00 PM Pacific Time (PDT). Emails will be answered within 24 hours in our normal business days. We don't answer emails on weekend (Saturday) or US holiday.

We will send the order to your shipping address in your PayPal account. If you want me to send to other address, please fill out this form within max 3 hours after checkout completely. Please check your delivery address (recent address on your PayPal account that verify in USPS.com: https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction_input) carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address. We charge additional $1.89 to resend the tag/s to your correct address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED COMPLETELY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately production processed, the same day order received! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders can not be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. After placed order, if you want to change the tags engraving information, we accept it in 3 hours since purchased. The tags that had been engraved or shipped can't be changed.

OUT OF STOCK
If something you order becomes backorder or out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know. At that point you can choose to cancel the item, wait and receive it when it is restocked, or choose an alternate item (tag style/size or color) that can ship right away. We will ship the remainder of your order right away regardless.

PAYMENT
Payment options provided by www.PetTags4Less.com include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery, PayPal Express Checkout and Google Checkout. Payment with Paypal eCheck will be processed after the fund have cleared. This may require 3-4 days. We use Paypal Processor Payment to process the credit card payment. If the payment status is "Payment transaction failed", you will get the reason from PayPal (https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/errorcodes/).

RETURNS POLICY
We do our best to ensure your tag is engraved with the correct details on it. If we have made a mistake on your tag, or we have sent you the wrong tag, please contact us and we will gladly replace your tag free of charge.
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with www.PetTags4Less.com within 3 days from date of despatch of goods.

Email details of your claim to sales@pettags4less.com.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. Use this form to replacement tags.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted. Return tags must be sent within 7 days after buyer received the items. The S/H cost is NOT refundable.

Access to the www.PetTags4Less.com website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the products offered. Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of the website. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, unless written permission has been granted by www.PetTags4Less.com. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF.
