I dentity tags play a very important role in keeping your pet safe . If you have your pet tagged, you don't need to worry if your cat likes to wander, or if you have a dog that likes to take off. Your pet will always have your phone number on the tag, so you don't need to worry about them making it home safely. It is also a good idea to get a tag for your indoor pet as well. As we all know, sometimes indoor pets like to take off outdoors too! 2. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (you need a PayPal account when use PayPal Express Checkout), Credit Card (use PayPal processor payment) and Google Checkout. These are the safer, easier way to pay. You can use your most major credit card or bank account without exposing your account numbers (including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). We don't accept money order.
3. What should I have engraved on my pet's tag?
Typically, you should have the pet's name and your address and phone number. But, you can put whatever you want. For double sided aluminum tags, we also provide a variety of fun fonts and graphics to choose from. Don't forget to pick a fun fonts and graphics for your pet's name! We will center and enlarge your text to fit your tag. Tip: More Lines + More Letters = Smaller Engraving
4. Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
No. Our web site is very simple catalog. It contains all of the items that we sell.
5. What material are your tags made of?
Our tags are high-quality, and made of aluminum, stainless steel, nickel-rodhium-gold plated and metaza. They are rock solid, never flimsy. Aluminum tags are 100% coated with color, so there is no metal showing around the edges. Under normal circumstances this tag will last long and if you try to rub with any material, except metals, as strong as possible it will not scratch the tag; it's permanent. But our suggestion is to avoid the contact with other tag/metal.
6. What is your engraving method?
If you've never heard about LASER engraving, please visit the right source where you can find information about this method of laser engraving. One of reliable source is from Wikipedia (The free encyclopedia). LASER is a Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. The beam emitted from it allows the controller to trace patterns onto the surface. It vaporizes and “burns off” the enamel (hard-coated) and produces a permanent mark that won't rub off. IT IS NOT PAINTED also we don't use INK/chemical things to engrave the tags.
We use laser for aluminum tags, diamond engraving for stainless-stess and gold-nickel plated.
7. How do I know which size tag is best for my pet?
While you know your pet (and your pet's size) best, we can offer a couple of recommendations. First, typically one inch and under is best for a cat or small dog (or other small animal). Anything larger is great for medium-large dogs (or other medium-large animals). Please note: Pay close attention to the measurements of each tag. We take no responsibility if the tag purchased does not fit correctly on your pet.
Small - recommended for all cats and dogs up to 10kg/20lb
Medium - recommended for dogs 10-25kg/20-50lb
Large - recommended for dogs over 25kg/50lb
8. How do I know you received my online order?
You will receive Order Confirmation Number (ex. 190000XXXX) at the end of payment and email notification.
9. When will I receive my order?
MOST orders will be shipped within 24 hours. The shipping by USPS needs 2-5 business days. The average time from order to delivery usually need 4-7 days business.
10. I ordered my tags a while ago, and they haven't arrived yet. Why?
Shipping time usually takes about 2-5 business days. On some occasions (although rare), shipping transit time on some orders can be significantly delayed (sometimes weeks), due to postal reasons beyond our control. If for any reason, your order has not been received by the standard processing and shipping time, we ask that you please have patience. Chances are, it will arrive in a timely manner. If for any reason it doesn't arrive at all (not likely) we will send out a new order (free of charge) 30 days from the time of purchase.
11. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately production processed, the same day order received! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order.
12. What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Satisfaction Guaranteed! We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within fifteen (15) days. All items returned to us must be unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges. We do not accept any returns via COD. We do apologize but we cannot accept returns for items received after fifteen (15) days under any circumstances and/or is not in its unused original new condition.
